Space Operations

  • Automated Optical Tracking and Identification of Tumbling 3D Objects
  • Automated Collection and Transfer of Launch Range Surveillance/Intrusion Data

STTR Solicitations are based on a NASA Center's topic area, each of which is located at one of nine NASA field installations and is solicited on a rotational basis every two years. KSC’s STTR Program topic areas are:

  • Predictive Modeling Techniques for the Mechanical Behaviors of Powders, Granular Materials and Soils.
  • Predictive Numerical Simulation of Rocket Exhaust Interactions with Lunar Soil
